For the purpose of objectivity, it should be noted that while we do actively sell the lightbeam® 3D Foot Scanning System and
of course, our lasts, which can be purchased using OLGA®, we are not paid to sell Romans CAD™ or the Next Engine®
scanner. We simply endorse these products because we have found them to be the best at what they do. These tools are
the keys to us being able to achieve the productivity and price points necessary in today's competitive global market.

Since January of 2005 we have been providing solutions for customers ranging from those as small (but no
less important) as individual custom boot and shoe makers to large footwear companies producing
domestically, as well as those involved in global sourcing. We have remained on the cutting edge of
technology and have brought you such innovations as the lightbeam® 3D Foot Scanning System (from
corpus.e AG in Germany) and now OLGA®, our very own Online Last Grading Application that allows custom
footwear makers to select a last and input various foot measurements in a search form. Within seconds they
can see a list of sizes on that style that come closest to matching the foot as well as details showing how
much work will need to be done on each fit point to customize it for that particular customer.

We've also shown how using technology such as the Romans CAD™ footwear software (developed by
Strategies and globally distributed by Lectra) and the Next Engine 3D Desktop Scanner (from Next Engine in
the USA) can reduce time and money in development and help level the playing field in the global market we
all compete in each day.

All of this was predicated by 30+ years of last making and technology experience. We will continue to provide
all of these services and more but we are about to launch a MAJOR project that will be the culmination of the
experience and knowledge acquired over the past 33 years in the footwear industry. Please be patient as the
